SPKLU Operations & Maintenance Manager  

Voltron is accelerating the growth of EV charging infrastructure across Indonesia. As we continue to expand our nationwide SPKLU network, we are looking for a highly capable SPKLU Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead charging station reliability, field operations, and maintenance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

SPKLU Operations Management

• Oversee daily operational performance of Voltron’s SPKLU network to ensure high station availability and service continuity.
• Manage end-to-end site operations, ensuring charging stations operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Corrective & Preventive Maintenance (CM/PM)

• Lead Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) execution across all SPKLU locations.
• Develop structured maintenance schedules, workflows, and operational SOPs aligned with uptime targets.

Field Execution & Vendor Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate vendor engineers, technicians, and field partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor vendor performance, response time, and compliance with Voltron operational standards.

Customer Support Collaboration

• Work closely with Customer Service teams to handle technical incidents, escalation cases, and customer-impacting station downtime.
• Ensure operational issues are resolved quickly in line with service-level expectations (SLA).

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare regular operational reports covering:
  • Maintenance activities and completion rates
  • SPKLU performance, downtime, and root cause analysis
  • Operational KPI tracking (uptime, MTTR, PM compliance)
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Safety

• Drive initiatives to enhance reliability, maintenance efficiency, and field operational readiness.
• Ensure full compliance with electrical safety regulations and operational best practices.

Requirements / Job Specification

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Electrical operations & maintenance
  • Infrastructure / energy / EV charging services (preferred)
  • Field-based technical service management

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and asset maintenance practices.
• Hands-on experience managing CM/PM programs and uptime-driven infrastructure operations.
• Familiarity with EV charging ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fast problem-solving mindset, especially in operational and customer-facing environments.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing environments.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel for site visits and field execution when needed.
