About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced project manager to oversee elevator and vertical transportation projects from start to finish. You will guarantee timely, budget-friendly delivery of projects, adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution from contract award to turnover and collection.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Procurement, Installation, and T&C teams.
- Monitor project budgets, billing, variations, and collections to protect profitability.
- Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation.
- Guide teams toward disciplined execution and effective communication.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in elevator or vertical transportation project management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and billing.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.
