- Oversee the daily operations of the Waste Management Facility, ensuring efficient sorting and processing of waste materials for recyclables and mixed waste.
- Manage and lead the Operations, Logistics, Sales, Maintenance, and GA teams by providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement sorting quality control measures to maintain high standards for resale waste.
- Ensure all operations at the Waste Management Facility comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with offtakers (recyclers) for the distribution of materials for sale or residue.
- Produce reports on Waste Management Facility operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operational Management, or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership position.
- Experience managing waste management/warehousing/manufacturing/logistics facilities (experience in the waste management industry is a plus).
- Willing to be placed in operational areas (Bekasi, Bandung, Bogor, Tangerang, Bali) to be determined by the company.
