• Designing a risk management plan in an organization
• Analyzing and assessing the risks that are present in an organization
• Designing and implement CRM based on best practices
• Ensuring risks are minimized in the company or organization
• Record keeping the probable risks that may occur in the organization
• Planning the steps and procedures that ought to be taken by staff if issues occurred
• Implementing the risk management procedures in a company
• Managing the risk management plan
• Working with multiple teams and managers to ensure the smooth flow of jobs
• Reporting and documenting necessary information and data on risk.

1. Education: Priority is bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, law, business administration
2. Experience: Risk Management, min 1-2 years
3. Technical Skill:

• Good understanding in Risk Management Process
• Having skills in data mining, analysis and reporting
• General IT knowledge is a must
• Having a good writing skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
• Able to interpret documented rules or procedures into business implementation
• Able to conduct Risk Assessment across departments

4. Soft Skill:

• Having Diplomatic & clear communication skills. Interview skill & active listening is also needed to support this job.
• Having strong data analytical & critical thinking. Detail-oriented and precise. Able to analyze data to find any awkwardness.
• Having strong management time or management project. Can manage all the task and set priority to fulfill due date time
