Ylopo is looking for our next MaverickRE Business Development Representative superstar. We have more inbound leads than we can handle with our current small sales team. We’re looking for a new team member who can confidently and diligently turn qualified inbound opportunities into happy customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (calls, emails, and online inquiries)
  • Utilize sequences to proactively reach out to leads in our database
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments with the appropriate sales representative
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and re-engage cold leads
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly lead response and appointment-setting targets

Kualifikasi Minimum

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (SaaS or real estate industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to engaging leads
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within the company
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus

System Requirements:

  • Processor should be 2 Ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
  • Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
  • Should have a backup Computer with the same specs
  • A Headset with noise canceling feature is a must
  • At least 20 Mbps & up wired connection for main isp
  • Backup internet is a must (strictly no USB Sticks allowed)


Shift Schedule: 9AM to 6PM PST
Rate starts at PHP 50,000
