Responsibilities:

• Manage the set-up and optimization of hundreds of clients per month on the Google Business Profile platform
• Constant email communication with clients to get all the needed information for the set-up/optimization
• Create and update contents in client’s GBP profile
• Process the optimization report of the optimized clients, provide continuous assistance and troubleshoot issues relating to the client’s GBP profile
• Work directly with Google support team to resolve client issues

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing or technical support role.
• Preferred hands-on knowledge of Google Business Profile, Google Local Services Ads or Google Ads
• Strong written English and client communication skills.
• Highly organized, multitasking ability, and detail-oriented.
• Background in SEO and basic design is a plus.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

System Requirements:

• Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
• MUST have the latest Operating System
• RAM should be at least 16 gb with 100 gb free disk space
• MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
• A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
• At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
• Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
• Back up power source

Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: PHP 40,000
