General responsilities:
- The Scrum Master is responsible for supporting various clients and projects across our customer base by facilitating retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint/project to ensure the highest priority retrospective points are met to the customer's satisfaction. The primary job duties may include coaching scrum teams in all areas (including sprint reviews and planning), milestone tracking, holding daily stand-up meetings, and collaborating with engineering, product management, and quality control departments to ensure the project is completed according to specifications. Ensures that the team is following the scrum methodology and keeps the team on track, productive, and growing in ability.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job specifications:
- Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
- Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Related Work Experience – At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in handling complex projects following Agile methodologies.
- Experience in handling web and mobile applications.
- Previous experience in handling 10 to 15-man roster projects.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Must have experience in Product management.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
