Fresh Inventory Senior Supervisor Cibinong  

- Maintain inventory flow & accuracy.

- Maintain daily inventory activitity from manpower schedule, reporting and gameplan evaluation.

- Work with quality assurance to control wastage and specbook

- Communication with supply chain & category team to solve an issue and set a forecast.

- Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security and 5S implementation.

- Evaluate worklngflow to increase manpower productivity and service level

- Conduct daily report align with KPI

- Foster discipline, accuracy, and team spirit at the ground level

- Resolve minor field issues (e.g., mispicks, missing items)

- Check output quality: picking accuracy, packing correctness, storage order, and loading readiness

- Report processed items, errors, attendance, and incidents

- Deliver end-of-shift brief to Junior Manager

- Lead operators in daily activities

- Delegate tasks and ensure targets are met in quality and speed

- Handle team attendance and shift rosters

- Manage shift rolling and provide backup for manpower shortages

- Ensure team performance during the shift

- At least 5 years experience in the FMCG product warehousing, with 2 years in spv level.

- Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.

- Excellence in leadership, communication, cost-concious, people development & plan executions.

- Prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides added value for the internal division & all stakeholders.

- Advanced knowledge to overseeing inventory process,

- Familiarity with food safety & cold chain management.
