- Conduct, analyze and review requirements gathering from stakeholders to understand pain point
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure that implementations meet specifications and quality standards
- Design complex business process and data models with multiple domains and layers
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of implementation
- Collaborate across Service Management, release management, Core Support and Development and software testing teams
- Act as a consultant/advisor to others analysts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor (S1) of Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience IT Business Analyst in insurance
- Insurance Knowledge : Basic and Moderate
- Language Proficiency : English Basic and English Fluent
- Technical Knowledge : Data Analyst/Mapping and Basic SQL Query
