Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist in installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote) by responding to IT-related inquiries.
Help set up new users’ accounts, profiles, and manage password-related issues.
Support IT team members in responding to service requests within agreed time limits.
Work on assigned IT support tasks until completion or escalate to senior staff if needed.
Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at a time.
Establish good working relationships with employees and other IT professionals.
Conduct tests and evaluations of new technology as needed.
Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of IT operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
Familiarity with computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
