Sales Analyst  

In this Sales Analyst position:
•You will get to experience working with a hardworking and diverse International Sales team.
•You will create a positive impact in the function and to assist on improving Sales to become more efficient.
•Extract data and analyse it to come with reports.
•Administer any changes to the database and ensure data integrity.
•Collate inputs and collaborates from individual sales and prepare a consolidated report for Management. Understand the various internal systems and its linkages to each other to extract the appropriate data from, as and when required.
•Manage the vast amount of data and capture critical elements to be processes for various uses. Assist to build databases and data warehouse for analysis and future reference purposes.
•Design, build and generate ad hoc analysis and reports as and when required.
•Monitor sales processes and activities. Ensure that the system, sales process and business rules are place. Perform spot checks to measure these system updates and activities are updated and key indicators and other relevant measurements are captured.
•Analyse reports and highlights areas of opportunities or concerns to Management for action.
•You will carry out any task that is required by your superiors from time to time.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• 4 years’ sales administration experience, preferably in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Experience of Sales Database Management, Sales Analysis and use of Business Statistics
• Experience in developing reports and plans, in a large and dynamic sales environment
• Experience in leading the development and design of sales performance reports
