🚀 We’re Hiring: Amazon Account Coordinator

Are you an Amazon expert based in Cebu who lives and breathes e-commerce? If you’ve spent years inside Seller Central, know your way around flat files, and enjoy solving complex catalog and account issues, this role is for you.

We’re looking for an Amazon professional to join our onsite team in Cebu IT Park as an Independent Contractor, supporting global brands and helping them scale successfully on Amazon.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain Amazon brand catalogs, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
• Monitor overall brand health, account status, and listing performance.
• Resolve listing, inventory, compliance, and account health issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot catalog errors, suppressed listings, and feed upload issues.
• Create and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support for timely resolutions.
• Handle bulk uploads, product feeds, and category mapping in Amazon backend.
• Track and report key performance metrics to support growth and compliance.
• Set up and manage FBA shipments from start to finish.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve account performance.
• Bonus: Experience managing Walmart accounts is a plus.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon experience (Seller Central required).
• Strong expertise in Amazon catalog management, flat files, and bulk uploads.
• Solid understanding of Amazon policies, listing standards, and compliance rules.
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace and/or MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in solving complex issues.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City (IT Park).

💼 Engagement & Compensation

• Employment Type: Independent Contractor
• Salary Range: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 (depending on experience)
• Work Setup: Onsite – Cebu City, IT Park
