- Conduct Legal Due Diligence (LDD) on Prospective Debtors/Related Parties/Other Third Parties by checking identity and legality documents based on the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations and the Company's SOP to produce Juridical Analysis products.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in the Company’s operational activities by reviewing prospective debtor documents in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Have minimum 5 years' experience in Legal position in financial company
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
- Experience in legal research, contract drafting, and document review
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Knowledge of financing and leasing principles is a plus
- Experience in the automotive or financing industry is a plus

(part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs.
