What you'll do:
Own client relationships
- Be the primary point of contact — guide clients from onboarding through a seamless website launch.
Bridge clients & dev team
- Translate client needs into clear briefs and keep projects on scope, on time, and profitable.
Drive digital strategy
- Proactively advise clients on improving their online presence using industry best practices.
Deliver best-in-class service
- Continuously add value through top-tier support and help shape "best-in-class" product standards.
Project management targets
- 25+ Active accounts managed per month
- 10+ Launches or design completions monthly
- 6+ Positive client reviews per month
- ≤1 Valid escalation per quarter
- Handle add-on products including logo and map designs alongside core website accounts
- Proactively review websites for issues, errors, and revisions — including proofreading — before clients or QA flag them
- Launch projects with little to no QA tweaks through careful pre-launch checks
- Zero out non-contacts; maintain consistent attendance and hit all monthly performance metrics
- Complete and pass Advanced IDX training after onboarding
- Establish smooth, cross-department communication so all teams meet or exceed client expectations
What we're looking for
- Background in art and design
- At least 1 year of customer support experience servicing US or North American clients
- Excellent written and spoken English with at least a neutral North American accent
- Experience with internet-based products: web hosting, web design, or similar
- Strong project management skills — juggle multiple tasks, hit strict deadlines
- Highly adaptable, goal-driven, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM PST (night shift PH time)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in project management or handling multiple clients at a given time
- Background in art and design is preferable but not a requirement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with at least a neutral North American accent, including the ability to explain and present technical information.
- Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers in the U.S. / North America.
- Background in handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
- Goal-driven and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willing to work with a team.
- Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus.
- Wordpress knowledge is a strong plus.
- Willing to work at Night, from Monday to Friday; 12:00am to 9:00am.
