Event Implementor at Kompas.id  

Collaborate with the Event Executor team to execute and ensure the efficient implementation of events in line with the established concept.

• Create and manage event timelines from preparation to closure.
• Oversee vendors and third parties (such as venues, sound systems, decorations, booths, etc.).
• Ensure the completeness of operational documents, including permits.
• Organize logistics and distribution of event equipment on-site.
• Monitor and evaluate event execution, including budgets and vendor performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Management, Communication, or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in event or project management, both small and large-scale
• Master knowledge and skills in vendor negotiation
• Understanding of event licensing and security requirements
• Problem solver, dynamic, and willing to work in the field
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
