- Design, review, and maintain organizational structures, while conducting job analysis and job classification to align with corporate business dynamics.
- Perform job evaluations, establish job classification standards, and analyze productivity and performance metrics across business units.
- Execute and monitor ongoing change management and growth management initiatives within the company.
- Implement and track performance management systems.
- Analyze HR metrics (including headcount movement, productivity, and turnover), generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in Organization Development or a related role.
- Proficiency in organizational design tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio) and core Microsoft Office software (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience in Organization Design, Operating models, Job Analysis, RACI framework, Business Process Mapping, and HR Data Analytics.
- Solid grasp of HR principles and the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven project management capabilities with high attention to detail and strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Proactive, structured approach to managing multiple initiatives independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
