Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Supervisor IT Support will manage and oversee the IT Support team’s daily operations, providing both in-office and on-site support. The role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for IT hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the IT Support team’s daily operations, ensuring prompt and effective response to user issues.
  • Monitor and report on the overall performance of IT support operations, providing regular updates to Head of IT.
  • Develop and maintain IT support procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, applying innovative problem-solving techniques.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
  • Provide guidance and support to IT support staff, assisting them in resolving challenging problems.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead position.
  • Strong knowledge of IT support operations, including ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of IT hardware and tailored software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think critically.
  • Must reside in Jabodetabek and be available for on-site support as needed.
