Job Description:
1. Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
2. Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
3. Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
4. Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to boost database
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
2. Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable
3. Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
4. Required language(s): Good Command of the English language
5. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
8. Willing to work in day or night shift
