Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performing sales funnel strategies.
• Optimize landing pages and overall user experience to increase conversions.
• Execute and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor, interpret, and report on key funnel performance metrics.
• Maintain analytics data integrity across tools and platforms.
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to improve performance.
• Identify new funnel optimization opportunities based on data insights.

Must-have Qualifications

• Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Hands-on A/B testing experience.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Email marketing campaign execution experience.
• Understanding of SEO and on-page optimization principles.
• Experience with CMS and marketing automation tools.
• Strong project management skills.
