Job Description
We are hiring developers for projects with one of the biggest reputable conglomerates in Indonesia.
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager who not only provides strategic technical leadership but also actively contributes to coding and implementation. This role requires deep expertise in backend development, infrastructure management, and computer security, with a strong foundation in frontend, mobile, artificial intelligence, and data engineering.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Full remote work
- Have experience working professionally for at least 4 years
- Comfortable working in English
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Expertise in backend development, infrastructure management, and computer security
- Understanding of frontend technologies, mobile development, artificial intelligence, and data engineering
- Experience with GNU/Linux-based infrastructure
- Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines
- Available during office hours
- No issues in working for financial services (banking, insurance, etc)
