- 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record delivering multiple full-cycle SAP implementations
- Prior experience rolling out SAP to Indonesia
- Strong understanding of SAP deployment lifecycles, covering planning, build, testincutover, and hypercare
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Own the full project lifecycle for the Indonesia SAP implementation, including initiation, planning, execution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring alignment with global PMO standards, tools, and methodologies
- Coordinate and oversee matrixed resources across business process, data, change, testing, and technical teams
- Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks/issues, and drive resolution to keep the program on track
- Act as the primary point of contact for leadership, ensuring transparency of progress, escalations, and decision-making
- Ensure strong integration between global program requirements and local business need
