- Analyze/conduct feasibility studies of business needs.
- Measure costs and benefits before and after the use and development of technology/systems.
- Collaborate with business users and internal IT to identify business problems/opportunities.
- Create a systematic plan with users for the problems to be solved and/or solutions to be implemented.
- Create functional requirements (input, process, and output) that meet business needs, to be developed by internal or external teams.
- Monitor system feasibility during the planning, testing, and implementation stages.
- Collaborate with business users and internal IT to analyze and evaluate systems.
- Review the implementation/utilization of IT products and services to obtain pre-calculated costs and benefits.
- Manage project priorities to ensure they align with business strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with system analysts to ensure the systems being built/developed provide maximum benefits.
- Collaborate with IT Operations and Support to evaluate the alignment/discrepancy between planned and actual costs and benefits.
- Responsible to IT Business Partner Manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Technology
- Experienced as Business Analyst Lead at least in project
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive business
- Understanding of the automotive dealership business, 4W preferred
- Familiarity with ERP/Odo
