You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead integration engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive seamless connectivity across systems. As a Manager you are accountable for project success, leveraging your leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team while maintaining the firm's quality standards.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 to 11 years of experience in integration architecture and delivery
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Degree in BE / B Tech / MCA/ MSc / ME / MTech
• Salesforce Architect-level certifications are desirable
• In-depth understanding of integration patterns and technologies
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms
• Competence in Salesforce integration tools and technologies
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
