- To assist talent acquisition team in executing daily job activities and/or project based
- To help talent acqusition team to make coordination with outsourcing vendor, sourcing the candidate, and arrange interview session with them
- This position will be reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 to 6 months, with hybrid working model (60% WIO ; 40% WFH)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Key Competencies: High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
