Technical Analyst  

a. Involved in Project activities from the initial stage to the end. Conducting user requirement gathering, conducting analysis and providing technical solutions to the request.
b. Conducting reviews and supervision of solutions that are approved and will be provided to users and always coordinating with third parties (development vendors) to ensure the best results.
c. Providing technical support related to application operations and problems, including providing technical solutions such as: root-cause analysis of application problems, technical support for patching/bug-fixing for custom applications, and monitoring/tracing of application issue logs.
d. Providing application development support as a technical solution for short and fast needs; or partial/specific module development of custom applications that are already running. Examples of application reminders, flow approvals.
e. Running the SDLC process that applies to the Company.
f. Participating in the strategic planning process.
g. Documenting project documents and other documents properly.
h. Providing recommendations and updates on policies/guidelines/procedures.

a. Minimum education of S1 or equivalent majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar.

b. Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT projects with positions as IT Technical Analyst, IT System Analyst, or IT Programmer.

c. Additional qualifications:

i. Able to identify, analyze, and solve problems;

ii. Have initiative and good communication skills to work together in a team;

iii. Careful and detailed and quality-oriented;

iv. Understand SDLC;

v. Preferably experienced in system integration using SOA web services, REST API, or similar;

vi. Preferably experienced in providing analysis and application development solutions. Mastering the PHP and .NET C# programming languages and SQL Server Database is an added value;

vii. Have good analytical skills and logical thinking;

viii. Have a good understanding of business process flow and how the system works;
