Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Sales Division to understand specific IT role requirements based on client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various IT positions.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top IT talent.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on technical skills and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client users.
  • Facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collecting structured feedback from interviewers.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions when necessary.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Track and manage candidate progress using Trello as the applicant tracking tool.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT Consulting, IT Services, or Tech Startup environment.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment for technical/IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical terminologies, and hiring requirements.
  • Experienced in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in using recruitment tracking tools (experience with Trello is a plus).
  • Available to join immediately (ASAP candidates are highly preferred).
