Key Account Manager  

Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with both existing and new clients. You will represent Bedsonline’s bed bank services and work closely with travel professionals to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the travel and hospitality industry, focusing on Bedsonline’s bed bank services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify high-potential targets and improve conversion and competitiveness.
• Deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the Beds network and streamline processes.
• Prepare regular weekly/monthly reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven track record in a sales or key account management role, preferably within the hotel or travel agency sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic negotiation and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, in a professional context.
