Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking or insurance industry

A solid understanding of the business processes and workflows in the insurance and banking industry

Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and testing in a software development environment
