Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengelola operasional harian Service Desk dan memastikan tiket diselesaikan sesuai SLA
- Memimpin tim Desktop Support, termasuk pembagian tugas, monitoring performa, dan coaching
- Menangani eskalasi incident & problem serta melakukan analisa root cause
- Mengawasi dan memastikan kualitas end-user support (hardware, software, Microsoft environment)
- Mengelola ticketing system dan prioritas pekerjaan tim
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain (network/infrastructure) terkait issue konektivitas
- Mengelola user account dan akses melalui Active Directory
- Mengelola asset IT (laptop, PC, dan perangkat lainnya) termasuk distribusi & maintenance
- Membuat laporan performa Service Desk serta analisa data
- Mengembangkan SOP, knowledge base, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan IT support
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimal S1 (Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi / Ilmu Komputer atau bidang terkait)
- Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di IT Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk
- Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Team Leader / Supervisor (diutamakan)
Technical Skills:
- Menguasai Microsoft Windows 10/11 (troubleshooting & administration)
- Familiar dengan macOS (nilai tambah)
- Pengalaman troubleshooting hardware (PC, laptop, printer, scanner, dll)
- Menguasai ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk)
- Memahami incident, problem, dan request management
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Menguasai Active Directory & Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Pengalaman endpoint management (Intune / SCCM)
- Memahami IT security (antivirus, patching, access control)
- Terbiasa menggunakan remote tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Mampu membuat reporting (Excel / Power BI)
Additional (Plus Point):
- Memahami framework ITIL
- Basic PowerShell scripting
- Pengalaman asset management & software deployment
- Memiliki sertifikasi (ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA)
