- Administer and manage the company's health insurance program, including processing claims, liaising with insurance providers, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist employees with understanding their health insurance benefits and resolving any queries or issues
- Coordinate with HR team on employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to health insurance
- Analyse health insurance usage data and provide recommendations to improve the company's benefits offerings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee health insurance
- Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years in benefit and insurance administrative role, preferably with a focus on health insurance administration
- Strong knowledge of health insurance policies, claims processing, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using HR and office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proven experience handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and private insurance system
- Bachelor’s degree from any major are welcome
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High integrity and able to work under tight deadlines and dynamic situations
- This job is contract based
