Examining factors that influence employee well-being, such as job stress, job satisfaction, and work-life balance, and planning for improvement.

· Mediation and negotiation

Helping resolve workplace conflicts and facilitating negotiations between employees and management.

• Postgraduate degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as current trends and best practices in industrial and organizational psychology
