Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT Outsourcing, Professional Services, Managed Services, and technology solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate service offerings.

Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and other sales-related documentation.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, account management, negotiation, and deal closure.

Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and service quality.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, enterprise IT solutions, and customer needs to support business development initiatives.

Support employer branding activities through LinkedIn and other social media platforms when required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management within IT Outsourcing, Professional Services, Managed Services, or IT Consulting companies.
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and IT Outsourcing/Professional Services sales.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT solutions, software services, and technology-driven business environments; banking industry exposure is a plus.
- Experience in proposal preparation, responding to client requirements, and managing customer engagements.
- Basic knowledge of IT products and services, with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English communication skills and experience in employer branding through LinkedIn or other social media platforms are advantageous.
