- Design and develop scalable mobile application architecture.
- Lead feature development from technical design to deployment.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and network efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build and release processes.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality applications.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and provide long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and improvements.
- Provide technical estimations and participate in sprint planning.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in developing mobile applications for mid-scale to enterprise-level projects.
- Strong proficiency in at least one main stack: Flutter
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience implementing Clean Architecture, modular structure, and Dependency Injection.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable mobile application structures.
- Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD tools (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub CI, GitLab CI) for automated build and release.
- Strong experience in performance profiling, memory management, network optimization, and crash monitoring tools.
- Experienced in implementing automated testing (unit test, integration test).
- Used to conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality standards.
- Able to estimate tasks, break down requirements into technical tasks, and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Willing to work under a 6-month contract agreement (extendable) in banking industry
