- Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with business stakeholders to provide consultation on application development plans aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate and communicate with related IT functions regarding project requirements and priorities.
- Analyze and document business requirements clearly and comprehensively in the form of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) based on agreed application development plans.
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate Business Testing Scenarios prepared by business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and manage project timelines based on task lists collected from all relevant stakeholders involved in the project.
- Monitor project progress regularly against the agreed timeline, proactively follow up on potential delays, and escalate issues to the IT Business Relationship Manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Willing to commit to a 6-month contract period (mulifinance company)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering.
- Experience in creating clear and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and timeline management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Willing to work under a 6-month contract scheme.
