Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Define and manage strategies to drive product performance based on user growth, app engagement, retention rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Provide recommendations for strategic development
- Develop and implement CRM initiatives to retain existing customers/users and increase repeat orders in online financing services.
- Design, organize, and manage programs to support SanFind’s marketing strategies, both online and offline
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure effective support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh graduate or undergraduate with no ongoing coursework, available for a 3 month on site internship
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Business or Marketing
- Strong analytical skills in market research, digital marketing, product management and trend analysis.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, report preparation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Good communication, collaboration, and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with data, digital platforms, and campaign execution (online & offline).
