We're building a community of industry practitioners who are passionate about helping others grow. As an Eskwelabs Mentor, you'll guide learners as they apply real-world concepts through hands-on projects, coaching, and feedback in our part-time learning programs.

Joining the Mentor Pool gives you access to recurring mentorship opportunities across Eskwelabs' learning programs. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to participate in projects based on their expertise, availability, and program needs.

About the Role

What You'll Teach

• You will guide learners in executing core Digital Marketing frameworks and strategic campaigns.
• You will coach learners on implementing data-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• You will help learners master GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) concepts to adapt to AI-driven search behaviors.
• You will assist learners in analyzing and interpreting campaign data through Marketing Analytics.
• You will facilitate practical discussions on planning and managing Content Marketing initiatives.
• You will guide learners in building and optimizing impactful Social Media Marketing funnels.
• You will coach learners on collaborating with creators and executing Influencer Marketing tactics.

Sample Learning Sprint

• You will guide learners during weekly workshops as they apply digital marketing concepts to real-world scenarios.
• You will coach small groups of learners by answering their practical questions and unblocking project execution.
• You will provide specific, actionable feedback on learner projects and milestone submissions throughout the week.
• You will encourage learner confidence, persistence, and collaboration within our community communication channels.
• You will review learner progress data to identify common bottlenecks and offer targeted mentorship support.

What we're looking for

We're looking for industry practitioners who enjoy sharing their expertise and helping others learn. Professional teaching experience is welcome but not required. We value real-world experience, curiosity, and a willingness to coach others.

What you'll do

• Coach learners through hands-on projects.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Answer learner questions and unblock challenges.
• Share industry best practices and encourage collaboration.

What you won't do

You will not be expected to:

• Create learning materials from scratch.
• Deliver full lectures or develop curriculum.
• Complete work outside agreed mentorship commitments.
• Participate in on-site sessions unless you choose to join projects that require them.

Work Arrangement

Project assignments may be conducted remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid setup depending on the needs of each learning program.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Industry experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Passion for mentoring and coaching adult learners
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • SEO / GEO
  • Marketing Analytics
  • Content Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Digital Marketing Strategy
• Teaching or training experience is a plus but not required
