The position holder collaborates with relevant teams, oversees and organizes necessary documents, and other requirements needed in the resolution of red flag findings, and conversion of lands, transfer of titles, titling of titled lands, as well as maintaining records, standardizing and improving internal processes to effect this role. Resolution of Land Due Diligence Red Flag Findings Secure and supervise required documents to resolve land due diligence red flag findings (e.g. EJS documents, SPAs, tax clearances, etc.). Maintain and/or establish good relationships with relevant external stakeholders/government agencies involved in securing land-related documents. Work closely with land owners to secure necessary documents to cure land due diligence red flag findings.
