- Welcome and assist guests or visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage office stationery inventory, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders when needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, recording visitor logs, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Support office operations by assisting with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient office workflow.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Basic English conversation skills (verbal and written).
- Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other basic office software.
- High initiative, quick to learn, and able to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
