- Assist in recruitment process using various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, E-mail, Kalibrr).
- Support in CV screening, initial interview, and scheduling interview
- Update and maintain administration tasks and performance evaluation form
Minimum Qualifications
* Final-year college student without classes or just a thesis, majoring in Psychology or relevant field
* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
* Proficient in using Ms Word, Ms Excel and Canva Editing is preferred
* Interested and passionate about recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in the media industry
* Able to work on-site (Mon-Fri; 8am - 5pm) at the Tribun Network Head Office in Palmerah, Central Jakarta
* Available for a paid internship period of 3-6 months
