- Membantu tim rekrutmen pemenuhan MPP & MPR
- Melakukan psikotes sesuai alat Tes RDS
- Melakukan skoring psikotes kandidat sesuai alat tes RDS
- Melengkapi administrasi karyawan baru
- Mebantu tim melakukan screening kandidat
Minimum Qualifications
- Mahasiswa aktif jurusan Psikologi
- Mendapatkan izin magang dari kampus berupa surat yang telah ditandatangani
- Bersedia magang dengan durasi 6 sampai 12 bulan
- Bersedia onsite di kantor (Weekdays)
- Lokasi kerja di Kantor RDS (Tambun Selatan)
