- Aktif mencari & mengkualifikasi prospek B2B, serta mengidentifikasi peluang baru.
- Inisiatif & kreatif dalam menemukan cara mendapatkan prospek.
- Tekun dalam outreach untuk memperluas jangkauan klien potensial.
- Menyediakan insight setelah pertemuan, bukan sekadar data mentah.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim untuk memahami kebutuhan pelanggan & menyampaikan hasil secara jelas ke sales & manajemen.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hunter mindset & target-oriented.
- Berpengalaman di sales outbound (≥1 tahun) dengan track record memenuhi/melampaui target.
- Tech-savvy & komunikatif, plus jika familiar dengan Digital Ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Jago negosiasi & persuasi, mampu menangani keberatan.
- Paham teknik sales, termasuk cold calling & best practices.
- Bersedia bekerja on-site di area Yogyakarta
