Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle hardware-related tasks: inventory, labelling/tagging, installation/uninstallation, upgrade/downgrade, testing, troubleshooting, and condition monitoring.
  • Handle software-related tasks: inventory, installation/uninstallation, testing, troubleshooting (not including software coding).
  • Support network activities: inventory, labelling/tagging, assisting vendors, testing, troubleshooting, and condition monitoring.
  • Provide business support for IT issues: face-to-face at MO IT desk, remote assistance, ticketing system, and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Participate in project-based IT support

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk role
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting
  • Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun
  • Must be able to join immediately
