Job Description:
- Handle hardware-related tasks: inventory, labelling/tagging, installation/uninstallation, upgrade/downgrade, testing, troubleshooting, and condition monitoring.
- Handle software-related tasks: inventory, installation/uninstallation, testing, troubleshooting (not including software coding).
- Support network activities: inventory, labelling/tagging, assisting vendors, testing, troubleshooting, and condition monitoring.
- Provide business support for IT issues: face-to-face at MO IT desk, remote assistance, ticketing system, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Participate in project-based IT support
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting
- Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun
- Must be able to join immediately
