- Melakukan pemetaan proses bisnis secara menyeluruh untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektivitas operasional dalam organisasi.
- Memantau penyusunan, implementasi, dan penyelesaian Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guna memastikan kesesuaian dengan kebijakan perusahaan serta kepatuhan terhadap standar yang berlaku.
- Melakukan pembaruan berkala terhadap siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) serta berbagai monitoring tools untuk mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kualitas proses bisnis secara sistematis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Mahasiswa/i semester akhir (belum lulus/wisuda)
- Jurusan Teknik/Bisnis
- Berkuliah di universitas dengan reputasi baik
- IPK >3
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dengan efektif
