Job Description
- File and manage all documents related to legal & compliance (agreements, memos, SOPs, policies).
- Record and assign document numbers for all company-related documents, ensuring consistent and organized documentation
- Manage administrative tasks related to reimbursement and invoicing for activities within the Legal & Compliance Department
- Responsible for the delivery and receipt of all legal and compliance documents
- Oversee the company’s Document Centre, ensuring proper management of files and records
- Prepare and submit routine and incidental reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements
- Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (S1) in any field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Have relevant experience will be prefered
- Proficient in using Ms Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Strong teamwork skill
