Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plan, and best practice human performance review

Managing the overall Performance Management policies and processes

Manage, communicate, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and understanding of rewards and benefits programs

Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job description for all positions in the Company to fulfill both internal and external needs, divisional career path and job grading

Developing & managing performance review framework, processes & tools

Lead recruitment and termination processes for the Product & Tech directorate, including vendor manpower management
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering

Preferably have prior 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Recruitment Background

Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
-
Strong data analytical, logical & critical thinking is required, resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
-
Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Power Point, Excel)
