- Melakukan Training Needs Analysis (TNA) untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan skill.
- Mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan menggunakan data dan feedback, lalu melakukan perbaikan.
- Mengelola proses Onboarding karyawan baru (Mitra) dari hari pertama hingga lulus masa OJT, memastikan mereka memahami proses kerja.
- Merancang dan membuat materi pelatihan yang menarik (Slide deck, modul PDF, video singkat) yang mudah dipahami.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Training Officer, L&D Staff, atau Corporate Trainer.
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang Instructional Design dan metode pembelajaran orang dewasa (Adult Learning Principles).
- Terbiasa menghadapi peserta training dengan kapasitas besar.
- Berpengalaman bekerja sama dengan tim operasional.
- Komunikasi yang sangat baik (Public Speaking) dan percaya diri berbicara di depan orang banyak.
- Tech-savvy: Terbiasa menggunakan Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet, dan tools desain sederhana (Canva/PowerPoint).
- Pernah menggunakan LMS (Learning Management System) lebih diutamakan
- Memiliki sertifikasi BNSP (Trainer) atau sejenisnya lebih diutamakan
- Pernah bekerja di lingkungan startup yang fast-paced lebih diutamakan
- Dapat bekerja secara mobile hub to hub untuk melakukan proses onboarding
- Open for fresh graduate dengan pengalaman Organisasi/Project yang sesuai
