Process Excellence Intern  

About this Position

We are looking for a Dry Fulfillment Excellence Intern to support the Fulfillment Excellence team in driving operational improvements within dry fulfillment operations. This role will focus on project coordination, documentation, operational monitoring, and basic data analysis to ensure initiatives are well-tracked and executed effectively. The intern will help manage structured execution and monitoring tasks, enabling the team to focus on higher-impact strategic initiatives.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Support the revamp, formatting, and documentation of SOPs and assist in drafting new Work Instructions (WI) when needed.
• Maintain and organize the SOP/WI documentation repository, including capturing process updates and changes.
• Assist in Time Motion Study activities, including floor observation, data collection, and consolidation of before–after results.
• Maintain and update the Time Motion Study master file and related operational documentation.
• Support monitoring of ongoing operational initiatives and projects by updating trackers and collecting data from the operations team.
• Assist in identifying data anomalies, deviations, or operational insights from collected data.
• Regularly monitor operational dashboards and KPI metrics, and highlight potential performance issues.
• Support preparation and updating of recurring operational reports.
• Consolidate and organize operational data while reporting automation is still in development.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for multiple ongoing operational improvement projects within the Fulfillment Excellence team.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Fresh graduates from Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Familiar with or able to create process flowcharts or simple process documentation.
• Internship experience in operations, logistics, or related fields is a plus
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with data, documentation, and operational processes.
• Able to collaborate with operational teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to explore operational problems and improvements.
• Strong willingness to learn and a genuine interest in Astro and operational
