We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic realty team. This role is essential in managing our property listings portfolio and supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between sellers and our firm while maintaining accurate listing inventories and providing exceptional customer service to prospective buyers.
What You'll Do:
- Listing Administration & Management. Manages property listings from seller coordination to buyer inquiries, ensuring accurate updates across databases, compliance, and smooth scheduling of site visits for both agents and potential buyers.
- Sales Support and Client Relations. Supports sales operations by assisting with sales meetings, property viewings, inspections, client relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth transactions, especially during peak periods.
- Communication and Coordination. Acts as the main contact for listing inquiries, coordinating across departments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely client follow-ups and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor for client interactions
