Job Description

Melakukan kegiatan penagihan dan recovery keterlambatan 91 - 270 hari
Bertanggung jawab dalam pencapaian KPI melalui kegiatan collection & recovery problem account baik penyelesaian melalui jalur litigasi ataupun non litigasi
Membuat Memorandum Analisa Kasus (MAK) dan menyusun Rencana Penanganan Konsumen (RPK) yang efektif untuk mendukung kegiatan recovery
Membangun kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga untuk peningkatan efektifitas recovery (KJPP, Balai Lelang, KPKNL, Eksternal Lawyer, Funder, Agent Property, dll)
Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan strategy recovery seperti kegiatan lelang, penjualan bawah tangan, pelunasan, inventory, dan assignment pihak ketiga
Membuat dokumen serah terima penanganan debitur dari ARO kepada PBF Asset Management (kronologis pastdue, history penanganan, dokumentasi surat peringatan, dll) atas kontrak-kontrak yang roll to WO)

Usia Maksimal 30 tahun
Mempunyai SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi
Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan
Mempunyai pengalaman di bidang yang sama min, 1 tahun lebih disukai
Siap ditugaskan keluar kota jika dibutuhkan

PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFI Finance) was established in 1982 as PT Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Indonesia, a joint venture between Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Corporation from the United States and local partners.
