Job Description
- Responsible to manage end to end coordination with vendor
- Responsible to checking invoice / BQ to support comparison within vendor
- Responsible to distribute assets to branches and whole division
- Daily and weekly report to manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Maximum 35 years old (preferred male)
- Minimum 2 years General Affairs experience
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree any majors
- Willingly work mobile
- Familiar with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as Google Docs
- Excellent communication and negotiation
